How to request deletion
- Email dev.nygamesstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion – Arrow Art”.
- We reply to confirm we received your request.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Arrow Art has no accounts, so you don't need a username or password. We will never ask for your password or payment details.
Delete it yourself right away
- Game progress (levels, stars, hints, streak, player name and settings) is stored only on your phone. Uninstall the game, or open your phone's Settings → Apps → Arrow Art → Storage → Clear storage, to delete it immediately.
- If Android backup is on, a copy of your progress may also be in your own Google account backup. You can remove it in your Google account's backup settings.
- To stop ads being linked to you, open your phone's Settings → Google → Ads and reset or delete your advertising ID.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Game progress and player name: kept only on your device and never sent to us. Deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its storage.
- Gameplay analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): not linked to your name or email. We delete it on request where it can be matched to your device, and it is deleted automatically after 2 months.
- Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics): deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Advertising data (Google AdMob): processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID breaks the link to past ad data.
- Your emails to us: deleted together with your request once it is completed, unless you ask us to keep helping you.
