Using our games
You may use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from (such as Google Play). Please don't misuse the games, for example by trying to cheat, disrupt them, or access them in ways we didn't intend.
Hints, hearts and other in-game items
Hints, hearts, stars and similar in-game items have no monetary value. They can't be sold, exchanged or refunded, and we may change how they work to keep the game balanced.
Ads
Our games are free and supported by ads provided by third parties. Watching rewarded videos is always optional. Ads are the responsibility of the advertisers who provide them.
Our content
NY Games Studio and its licensors own the games, artwork, characters, names, logos, music, software and other content. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially use them, except where the law specifically allows it.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve our games without any obligation to you.
Third-party services
Our games use services from other companies, such as Google Play, Google AdMob and Google Firebase. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue our games or any feature, including seasonal events, at any time. We don't guarantee that every feature will be available on every device.
